摘要
以三氯化铝为催化剂,溴乙烷为烷基化剂,利用二茂铁的Friedel-crafts烷基化反应合成乙基二茂铁,探讨了反应温度、物料摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量及投料方式对反应的影响,确定了合成工艺:二茂铁、溴乙烷和无水三氯化铝的摩尔比为1:1:0.75,反应温度38℃,常温下将二茂铁的氯仿液加入到无水三氯化铝的氯仿液中,然后滴加溴乙烷,反应时间6h。并通过元素分析、红外光谱分析对产物进行了表征,产率达77%。
Ethylferroene was carried out using Ethyl bromine as Alkylation agent and anhydrous aluminium chloride as catalyst by ferrocene Friedel-crafts reaction. The influence of the react temperature, molal ratios of the reactants, the react time. the quantity of the catalyst and the charging of the reactants on the synthetic technology was investigated. The synthetic technology of ethylferroene was obtained: molal ratios of ethylferroen, Ethyl bromide and anhydrous aluminium chloride was1:1:0.75,the react temperature was 38 ~C, the charging of the reactants was that chloroform solution of anhydrous aluminium chloride was dropped in chloroform solution of ferroene at room temperature,then Ethyl bromide was dropped,the react time was 6h. Its structure was characterized by IR and Ultimate analysis. Yield was 77%.
