3G时代对于中国移动来讲,充满了机遇与挑战,在面对新机遇、应对新挑战的发展过程中,应该审时度势进行战略上的调整。从注重3G网络与2G网络的共存和共同发展、重视"眼球业务"、打造"特色业务"、关注"农村市场"、关爱"特殊人群"、重视"集团客户"业务的设计和营销等六个方面提出了中国移动应对新环境、新局面的策略。
