磷胁迫对不同基因型甜菜根系生理活性的效应 被引量:1

摘要 通过水培和沙培盆栽试验方法,选用抗低磷胁迫能力差异较大的二倍体材料品14(低抗性)、四倍体材料品17(中等抗性)、三倍体材料品20(高抗性)3种类型的甜菜基因型材料,进行了低磷胁迫对甜菜根系生理活性影响的研究。试验表明:1)低磷胁迫条件下,3种不同基因型甜菜根系[H+]分泌量均有所增加,增加的量随培养时间显著增加,并且与种质的抗磷胁迫能力大小一致;2)不同基因型甜菜受磷胁迫时,近根区pH变化因基因型而异,抗性最强的品20在短期无磷和长期低磷时近根区pH均显著低于其他2个材料;3)磷胁迫改变了甜菜根系的吸收活力,并主要通过根系比表面体现,抗性较弱的品14和品17反应很小,抗性较强的品20增幅在8%~10%。 Three kinds of sugarbeet genotypes with different resistant abilities to P stress were conducted to investigate the effects of P deficiency on physiological activities of different sugarbeet genotype roots by the method of sand culture outdoor natural condition and hydroponic culture in growth chambers respectively. The results showed that 1)under the condition of P stress, the amount of [H^+] excreted by all the 3 sugarbeet varieties increased with the culturing time lasted, and was in coordinate with the resistant ability of the beet varieties; 2) the effects of P stress on the pH value in the vicinity of roots were variety dependent, the pH of variety 20 with the highest resistant ability to P stress in either short time P free or long term P deficiency lowered significantly when compared to the two others; 3) P stress changed the absorbing activities of roots, and mainly embodied in the aspect of root specific area, which changed a little for the variety with low and middle resistant ability, but 8%-10% increase for the variety 20.
