摘要
粗轧是带钢热连轧过程中必不可少的一个重要环节,基于日照1580mm带钢热连轧生产线中粗轧区的设备、仪表和控制要求设计了粗轧区的控制系统,包括硬件配置、网络结构和软件功能等,实践证明该系统稳定可靠,安全性高,颇受用户好评,具有在国内同类生产线上进行推广应用的价值。
Rough mill is an indispensable part of hot strip steel mill. Based on the devices, instruments and control requirements of 1 580 mm hot strip steel mill in Rizhao Iron＇Steel Co., the rough mill control system was designed, including hardware figuration, network framework, software functions,etc. The practice proves that the control system is steady and reliable, and it has the value to be popularized in the other similar production line.
