摘要
介绍了无芯圆盘张力器的结构和工作原理,用欧拉张力公式计算了输出张力,分析了纱线直径在理想和实际两种情况下,圆盘张力器对张力波动的放大特性,认为理想状况下张力盘不会扩大张力波动的幅度,且其自身对张力波动有一定的补偿性能,所得结论为无芯圆盘张力器的设计和广泛应用提供了理论基础。
The structure and working principle of coreless disc tension device are introduced with the tensiton formula given. Under the conditions of the perfect and practical yam diameter, the tension fluctuation characters are analyzed and the result shows that the tensioner can compensate the tension fluctuation instead of enlarging it. This laid down the theory basis for designing and widely applying this kind of coreless disc tension device.
