摘要
目的了解重庆市行政领导心理健康情况,促进干部队伍心理素质的提高。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编生活问卷进行抽样调查。结果重庆市领导心理躯体化和精神病性因子得分显著高于全国常模,C类领导的心理健康状况相对严重,家庭日常消费水平和物质生活水平满意度与心理症状量表显著正相关。结论应该关注领导的心理和身体健康,尤其是基层领导。
Objective To survey the mental health and states of life about Chongqing＇s leading cadre, improve cadre group＇s mental diathesis. Methods To adopt SCL--90 and the self-compiled questionnaire about states of life to spot check. Results Cadre＇somatization and psyehotism higher than state model significantly, especially C type cadre＇ mental health states were serious;The correlation between the daily consume level of family, the satisfaction feel of substance live and SCL--90,are psitive. Conclusion We should attention eadre＇s mental health and body health, especially those grass roots cadre.
