摘要
本文以高校足球代表队为研究对象,以表象训练原理为理论依据,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和实验法等研究方法,在实验数据和比赛技术统计对比的基础上,证明在高校高水平足球队赛前准备期中,表象训练对运动员焦虑水平的调节,增强团队凝聚力,具有不可替代的作用,是比赛中发挥良好技、战术水平,取得胜利的关键因素之一。
The essay takes the university soccer team as the object of study based on theoretical principle of imagery taining. Through literature, the survey, expert interviews and experimental research, we conclude that imagery training plays a key role in reducing players ' anxiety so as to enhance the team cohesion and improving their performances in the game.
