摘要
目的:通过对失代偿性心力衰竭(HF)患者的药物和血液净化治疗,评价血液净化的治疗效果和意义。方法:对我院72例失代偿性HF患者分别给予药物和血液净化治疗,评价两组患者48小时净排水量和体重、48小时后呼吸困难及胸X片的改善、肾功能和血压、死亡率等。结果:血液净化组在净排水量、体重下降、呼吸困难和胸X片的改善明显优于药物组,能改善肾功能,循环稳定且死亡率低。结论:血液净化治疗是失代偿性HF患者除药物治疗外的一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective： Pass through the medicine treatment and blood purification treatment in patients with losing compensatory heart failure,to appreciate the meaning and the treatment effect of blood purification.Method： For my hospital 72 example losing compensatory heart failure,difference give medicine and blood purification treatment, appraise two groups of patient for 48 hours net displacement and weight,blood pressure,kidney function,death rate and the improvement of respiration difficulty and chest X. Results： Blood purification group in net displacement and weight drop and the improvement of breathe difficulty and chest X was better than medicine group.it could improve kidney function, stabilize the circulation and death rate was lower.Conclusions： Blood purification treatment was a kind of effective treatment method besides medicine treatment in patients with loseing compensatory heart failure.
