摘要
介绍路面预防性养护的概念,以及实施预防性养护措施可以达到的效果,并从经济学的角度来分析预防性养护技术的合理性。路面预防性养护的核心是采用最佳成本效益的养护措施,如何评估这些措施的成本效益至为关键,在此基础上详细论述4种预防性养护成本效益的评估方法及其适用性。
This paper briefly introduces the concept of pavement preventive mainnance, and the benefit of using these treatments. Although the concept has been accepted by almost managers, it is necessary to analyzing its economical rationality. The core of pavement preventive mainnance is to develop a optimal strategy with the highest value of cost-effectiveness. How to evaluate the cost and benefit of these treatments is critical. Whereas this paper dwells on several evaluation method.
