摘要
对某重型燃气轮机燃料喷嘴的工作特性进行了试验研究。主要测定了该燃机喷嘴组在1.0MPa压力下工作时每个喷嘴的流量特性,通过数码照相和计算机图像处理测定各喷嘴的喷雾锥角,利用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)和激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)测量雾化粒度SMD。分析试验结果,得出了一些有重要价值的数据和结论,为燃机喷嘴的研制和改进提供了重要依据。
The experimental investigation of the operational characteristics of fuel nozzle for a heavy gas turbine was per- formed. The flow characteristics of each nozzle were determined with the pressure of 1. OMPa of the gas turbine nozzle segment. The spray cone angle of each nozzle were measured by the digital camera and computer photo processing. The Sauter Mean Diameter ( SMD } of atomized particle was determined by the Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer ( PDPA ) and Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV) . The results show that some important datum and conclusions have been obtained, which provide an important foundation for the improvement and development of the gas turbine fuel nozzle.
