摘要
对湖北省１９９５年非脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）急性弛缓性麻痹（ＡＦＰ）病例疾病谱做了分析，又对ＡＦＰ病例监测系统敏感性进行了评价。结果表明，湖北省１９９５年非脊灰ＡＦＰ病例疾病谱的顺位为：非脊灰肠道病毒（ＮＰＥＶ）感染、格林巴利综合征（ＧＢＳ）、创伤性神经炎、四肢瘫和单瘫、肌病、横断性脊髓炎、神经根炎、短暂性肢体麻痹等。湖北省１９９５年７０％（１２／１７）的地区、市、州、林区１５岁以下儿童非脊灰ＡＦＰ病例报告发病率达到了１／１０万指标。非脊灰ＡＦＰ病例具有发病年龄以０～４岁为主、无明显季节分布、男性多于女性，以及以下肢麻痹为主等一系列特征。
This article analyzed non-polio AFP disease chart in Hubei Province in 1995 and evaluated the sensitivity of the AFP surveillance system.The result showed that the order of non-polio AFP disease chart was non-polio enterovirus infection, Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS),injured neuritis,quadriplegia and monoplegia,myopathy, transverse myelitis,radiculitis,transient paralysis of limb and the other diseases. The non-polio AFP reported incidence in children under 15 years old had reached the target of 1/100,000 in most prefectures of Hubei Province in 1995,but a few prefectures were far from the target and needed to improve AFP surveillance.Non-polio AFP had a series of characteristics,Which were the age groupof onset was mainly 0-4 years old,without obvious seasonal distribution,higher incidence in male than in female and the paralytic-symptom occurred mainly in lower limb.
