摘要
重点研究了在针织圆机上开发竹浆纤维针织品的方法,选用纱线线密度分别为17.6 tex和15.6 tex的竹浆纤维纯纺纱,开发方格组织及双层网眼2种针织物。2种织物都具有良好的吸湿性、透气性,以及抗菌、抑菌和抗紫外线的功能,是高档、高附加值的功能性针织面料。根据竹浆纤维的特点,实验中采用活性染料对产品进行染色,并采用亲水性柔软剂对染色后的针织产品进行柔软整理。
Bamboo fiber and its knitted fabrics both have natural anti-bacterial performance, excellent absorption, desorption performance and other excellent performances and characteristics. In the experiment, the methods of developing knitted fabrics with bamboo fiber on circular knitting machine were researched. In order to develop check weave and double bead netting, 17.6 rex and 15.6 tex bamboo fiber yam were chosen. These two kinds of structures both had good moisture absorption and air permeability, and also had function of anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-ultraviolet radiation, both are high-grade and high-value functionality knitted fabrics. According to the performances of bamboo fiber, reactive dye was used to dye knitted fabrics and hydrophilic softener was used to the knitted fabrics' soft finish.
