摘要
在49具成人尸体标本中,解剖了腰交感神经节及其周边解剖结构,在腰2 ̄3椎体范围内内,应用“神经节记分”方法,测定了神经节大小、数量和分布情况。结果显示,双侧的第二腰交感神经节多在腰2椎体的1/3跨过椎间盘至腰2椎体上的1/3。同时还测量了腰动脉与交感链的相交点,腰交感链与主动脉、下腔静脉的距离等。该组资料为施行化学性腰交感神经节切除的临床应用提供了解剖理论依据。
The lumbar sympathetic ganglia and their surroundings were examined anatomically in 49 human corpses On the vertebral column at the level of the second and thirdlumbar vertebral bodies , the number, distribution and size of the lumbar Sympathetic ganglia were observed and analyzed by using 'ganglia score'. The results revealed that the secondlumbar sympathetic ganglion was located most frequently at the level of the lower third ofthe second lumbar vertebral body , at the L2~3 interspace , and at the upper third of the thirdlumbar vertebral body on both right and left sides .The cross points of lumbar sympatheticchains and lumbar arteries, the distances bon the chains and abdominal aorta and venacava, and between the chains and sidelines of the front face of vertebral body were also measured simultaneously. These results furnish a reliable basis for the clinical practice of chemical lumbar sympathectomy.
