摘要
左室舒张功能障碍引起的充血性心力衰竭与收缩功能障碍引起者在治疗上有较大的区别。选用硝酸甘油联合卡托普利治疗６３例冠心病，高心病所致左室舒张功能不全患者，结果显示：其临床表现及左室舒张功能参数在治疗后有显著改善。
The treatment of congestive heart faiture resulted from the obstacle of left ventricular diastolic function are different from the obstacle of systolic function.63 cases of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction resulted form hypretension and coronary heart disease were treated with combining nitroglycerin and captopril.Results showed the clinical manifestation and paremeter of left ventricular function were imroved significantly after treatment.
