干细胞在治疗冠心病中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 冠心病是一组最常见多发性疾病。尽管介入治疗和冠状动脉旁路移植术的开展，使冠心病的治疗水平有了较大提高，但仍有约50％的患者只能进行不完全的血运重建，约20％的冠心病患者根本无法进行上述治疗，治疗后心肌细胞血流灌注未得到改善，最终进展为心力衰竭等，预后极差。骨髓多种干细胞被用来治疗冠心病、心肌梗死并取得较好疗效。目前研究已经初步显示出于细胞治疗冠心病的机制可能在于其分化成为血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、心肌细胞，分泌细胞因子和与心肌细胞融合。
