摘要
为更好地推进新农村建设,各地都进行了新农村建设评价指标体系的研究和制定。这些评价指标体系有一些突出的特点,但也存在很多问题,采取有效措施完善新农村建设评价指标体系是新农村建设取得成效的重要保障,对新农村建设具有重大意义。
To promote the new countryside building better, the local governments have being studying and initiating the index systems to assess the new countryside building. The index systems have some clear characteristics, but still have some shortcomings. It is not only very meaningful but also a guarantee to the new countryside building for us to adopt effective methods to perfect the index systems.
