环丁砜是一种热稳定性高、毒性小、选择性高和溶解力强的高效芳烃抽提剂,同时也广泛用于天然气脱硫、纺织印染等方面.目前国内只有锦州炼油厂生产,他们采用雷尼镍间歇加氢工艺,该工艺催化剂耗量大,生产成本高.新工艺采用过渡金属络合物催化剂进行均相加氢,可改善原工艺的操作条件.环丁烯砜均相加氢制环丁砜曾有专利报导,但有关动力学方面的研究尚未见报导.
Sulfolane is a good extration agent for aromatics with high heat stability and high selectivity, great dissolving ability, and low toxicity.It is widely used in desulphurization of nature gas, in printing and dyeing of textile industry. In China, the Number 6. Refinery in Jinzhou is the only producer of sulfolane by intermittent autoclave. Raney nickel is used as catalyst.
The shortcoming of the old technique is its high consumption of catalyst and cost.In this work a new technique producing sulfolane has been found in which Ziegler type catalyst is used.
Reaction is carried out in an intermittent autoclave. Kinetics of this homogeneous hydrogenation reaction of sulfolene to sulfolane were studied.It was found that under constant pressure of hydrogen.Arrhenius plot gave a good linear fit.The influence of temperature and catalyst concentration on the reaction rate was studied. The results indicated the hydrogenation of sulfolene is a first order reaction to both sulfolene and catalyst concentration. A linear relationship between K value and catalyst concentration was obtained, from which it can be found that catalyst with the concentration of-237 ppm does not start the reaction. This result can be explained by the suggestion, that catalyst at this concentration is completely deactivated by SO2and H2O, which have the concentrations of 95 and 8.5 ppm respectively.
The kinetic equation obtained was used for designing the reactors for continuous produc-tion.It was found that the measured values of the sulfolene conversion are in good agreement with the calculated ones.
