摘要
在碲氢化钠存在下,α-卤代酮可与芳醛缩合生成α,β-不饱和酮。本文方法的反应条件温和,化学选择性和立体选择性高且碲粉可以回收再用。
α,β-Unsaturated ketones can be synthesizedby the condensation of α-halo ketones with aro-matic aldehydes in the presence of sodium hy-drotelluride.The advantages of this method aremilder reaction.conditions,higher chemoselecti-vity and stereoselectivity,and the tellurium powdercan be regenerated.
