摘要
研究了00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相钢不同热处理下的组织结构变化,并对相应的力学性能进行了分析。发现组织中的σ相对材料性能的变化起主要作用,并对σ相形成温度进行了理论和实测研究。
This paper investigated mierostrueture change of duplex stainless steel 00Cr22NiSMo3N at different heat treatment system, and analyzed corresponding mechanical properties of this steel. It was found that σ phase played a great role in change of the properties of 00Cr22NiSMo3N,and this paper studied the formation temperature of σ phase by ealenlational and measure metallographic methods.
