摘要
目的:探讨巨块型宫颈癌术前应用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)新辅助化疗的疗效观察与护理体会。方法:对Ⅰb～Ⅱb期巨块型宫颈癌病人,使用化疗泵持续96h静注5-FU联合顺铂化疗1～2疗程,化疗后2～3周行手术治疗。结果:106次术前化疗顺利完成,化疗后,原发病灶均有不同程度缩小。化疗期间病人生活质量较好,无严重并发症发生。结论:新辅助化疗是巨块型宫颈癌一种有效的治疗方法,全面细致地观察与护理是化疗顺利完成的重要保证,对减轻病人痛苦、改善病人生存质量具有积极意义。
