摘要
目的探讨股骨近端髓内钉-螺旋刀片(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法对19例老年转子间骨折患者采用PFNA内固定治疗。结果19例均获随访,时间3～15个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间10～16周。按黄公怡等的髋关节疗效评价标准:优15例,良4例。结论PFNA是微创治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的理想方法。
Objective To study the clinical resuh of the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the eldly with proximal femoral nail antirotation （PFNA）. Methods 19 cases of femoral intertrochanterie fractures in the eldly were treated with PFNA. Results 19 patients were followed up for 3 - 15 months. All fractures got union, and the time of hone healing was 10 - 16 weeks. The patients were evaluated with respect to functional recovery according to Huang Gong-Yi＇s system, 15 cases obtained excellent resuhs, 4 good. Conclusions PFNA is an effective method with less invasion for the senile intertroehanteric fractures.
