摘要
提出了一种在GPON(吉比特无源光网络)系统ONU(光网络用户单元)端采用FPGA直接控制DM9000A进行以太网数据收发的方法。介绍了DM9000A的工作原理,给出了该芯片与CycloneⅡ系列FPGA的硬件连接方法、软件的初始化和数据收发控制流程。
This paper proposed an new method used in the GPON-ONU that directly controled the DM9000A to send and receive Ethernet data with FPGA. It introduced the working principle of the DM9000A,presented a method for connecting the chip and Cyclone II FPGA ,given the initialization and the process of sengding and receiving data.
