摘要
结合煤矿安全监察工作实际,对煤矿企业尤其是小煤矿企业在"一通三防"安全管理工作中存在的突出问题及造成的后果进行了剖析,提出了问题的应对措施。
The author has reviewed the prominent problems and its consequences in ＂One Informing and Three Prevention＂ safety management in mining enterprises especially in small ones, and also pointed out the countermeasures, which is of guiding significance for mine safety management.
