摘要
在非离子表面活性剂存在下,锗与邻氯苯基荧光酮的胶束增敏显色反应。提出了邻氯苯基荧光酮——Zeph 分光光度法测定锗的方法。络合物的最大吸收波长为512nm。锗含量在0~5μg/25ml 符合比尔定律。摩尔吸光系数为1.60×10~5。络合物的组成为 Ge:ClPF=1:3。用于样品的测定,结果满意。
In this paper,the sensitization of micellecolour reactions of germanium with o-chloro-phenyl in the presence of nine surfactants(CTMAC,CPB,Zeph,OP,Tween-80,Triton-N-101,PVA and SLS)has been investigated.Thepossible reaction mechanism of micelle solubili-zation is proposed.A spectrophotometric methodis developed for the determination of Ge with o-chlorophenylfluorone and Zeph.The maximumabsorbance of the complex is at 512 nm.Beer'slow is obeyed for 0 to 5 μg of Ge in 25 ml.Themolar absorptivity is 1.60×10~5.The metal-ligandratio of Ge/CIPF is 1:3.
