动物基因组中的VNTRs及其应用 被引量：1

摘要 多年来,多态性遗传标记一直是动物科学工作者们研究的热点之一。在过去的几十年里,这方面的研究工作主要集中在血清蛋白(包括同工酶类)多态型、血细胞表面抗原型等方面,这些蛋白质水平的遗传标记在动物的亲子鉴别、动物种群间遗传关系分析、以及与家养动物抗病力和经济性状的遗传连锁分析等方面都有不少的研究报道,但总的来说,真正能卓有成效地应用于动物个体和群体遗传分析的蛋白质多态性遗传标记尚为数甚少。
