保肝解毒颗粒对雷公藤多苷致急性肝损伤小鼠肝组织病理形态学的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Baogan Jiedu Granule on Pathomorphology of Hepatic Tissues in Acute Liver Injury Mice Induced by Tripterygium Glycosides

摘要 目的:观察保肝解毒颗粒对雷公藤多苷致急性肝损伤小鼠肝组织病理形态学的影响。方法:60只小鼠随机分为6组,分别以相应剂量药物灌胃5天,再以雷公藤多苷灌胃造模,制备病理切片,光镜下观察,并对肝细胞变性情况进行半定量分析。结果:模型组肝细胞出现不同程度变性和凋亡细胞等病理改变,保肝解毒颗粒大、中剂量组脂肪变性较轻、肝窦稍有变窄。半定量分析结果表明,模型组肝细胞变性程度严重,与空白组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);保肝解毒颗粒各剂量组肝细胞变性程度均有所改善,尤以大、中剂量组效果最佳,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与空白组比较则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保肝解毒颗粒具有良好的保肝作用。 Objective:To explore the effects of Baogan Jiedu Granule on pathomorphology of hepatic tissues in acute liver injury mice induced by tfipterygium glycosides. Methods :60 mice were randomly divided into tripterygium glycosides model group ,big- dosage, medium- dosage and small- dosage group of Baogan Jiedu Granule, Ganlixin group and control group. Each group was respectively perfused with corresponding drug for 5 days and tripterygium glycosides was perfused once to make the model. Pathological section of hepatic tissues were prepared and observed under light microscope and the conditions of liver cell degeneration were semi - quantitatively analyzed. Results : Hepatocyte of the model group appeared different - degree degeneration and apoptosis. Fatty degeneration of the big - dosage and medium - dosage of Baogan Jiedu Grannule was light, and sinus hepaticus became a little narrow. Results of semi - quantitative analysis indicated that the liver cell degeneration degree of model group was statisticallysignlficantly severer than that of the control(P 〈 0.05) ; Compared with model grip, each group of Baogan Jiedu Granule could effectively decrease the degeneration degree, and the effects of big - dosage and medium - dosage groups were especially better ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with control group, the difference had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Baogan Jiedu Granule has a good hepatoprotective effect for liver injury.
