摘要
根据高血压病中医诊断不明、概念不清的临床背景,提出高血压病的中医概念为"脉胀",其生理、病理、病因及发生发展变化规律等均可用中医血脉理论来解释。并从中医角度系统论述了中医血脉理论的内容,为"脉胀"这一高血压的中医病名提供了理论根据。
Hypertension has unclear conception and indefinite diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on this clinical background, the author raised the TCM Xuemai theory to explain its physiology, pathophysiology, etiology and evolutional laws of hypertension and gave the TCM conception of Maizhang for hypertension. In this essay, the author expounded the TCM Xuemai theory in detail from the point of TCM view and provided theoretical basis for the nomination of Maizhang for hypertension.
