摘要
中国旅行社产品单一、雷同只是一个表面现象,问题实质是产品创新不足。导致中国旅行社业产品创新不足的因素是多方面的,有产品特性、旅行社业内部因素和外部因素。在各种制约因素中,最主要的是外部因素中的宏观管理制度在科学性、合理性及有效性方面存在缺陷。
The products are simple and similar in Chinese travel agency, which is a superficial phenomenon, and the true reason is lack of innovation. The causes for less innovation may be the product feature, the internal and external factors of travel agency. Among all these causes, the main reason is the defects on science, rationality and effectiveness in the macro -management system of external factors.
