摘要
采用同源克隆方法首次克隆了一条中国水仙MADS-box基因,命名为NtMADS。该基因长599bp,编码199AA,具有植物MADS-box基因特有的典型结构MADS-box和K-box。
A MADS - box gene named NtMADS was first cloned from Narcissus tazetta var. chinesis Roem. Sequence comparison and homology analysis indicated that the NtMADS was highly homologous to MADS -box gene family. The sequence of NtMADS gene is 599bp in length, which encodes 199 amino acids. The deduced peptide contains a conservative MADS domain and a semi -conservative K domain.
