淡水鱼肺炎克雷伯氏菌的药物敏感性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用体外抑菌试验,研究了五倍子等8味单方中药和单方组合而成的12味复方中药以及16种西药对肺炎克雷伯氏菌的药物敏感性.结果表明:该菌对五倍子、鱼腥草、黄芩、金银花较为敏感,其抑菌圈直径分别为2.12 cm、1.68 cm、1.62 cm、1.51 cm.以五倍子组合的复方中药抑菌圈直径达2.97 cm.对SMZ.TMZ合剂(100 mg/L)、氧氟沙星(200 mg/L)、盐酸环丙沙星(50 mg/L)抑菌圈直径分别为2.2 cm、3.6 cm、2.2 cm.SMZ.TMZ合剂(100 mg/L)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为25 mg/L,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为1 600 mg/L;氧氟沙星(200 mg/L)MIC为50 mg/L,MBC为100 mg/L;盐酸环丙沙星(50 mg/L)MIC为25 mg/L,MBC为200 mg/L. In an in vitro susceptibility test, 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used alone or in combina tion and 16 kinds of western medicine were moniae. The results indicated that the path employed to study their drug susceptibility to Klebslella pneu ogens were fairly sensitive to Rhus chinensis, Heartleaf Hour tuynia Herb, Scutellaria obtusi folia Hemsl and Lonicera japonica 2.12, 1.68, 1.62 and 1.51 cm in diameter, respectively, and the co mp unb, their inhibition zone was lex prescriptions involving Rh. chinensis had an inhibition zone of 2.97 cm. The inhibition zone diameter of SMZ · TMZ (100 mg/L), Ofloxacin (200 mg/L) and Ciprofloxacin (50 mg/L) was 2.2 cm, 3.6 cm and 2.2 cm, respectively. The MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) and MBC (Minimum Bactericidal Concentration) of SMZ · TMZ (100 mg/L), Ofloxacin (200 mg/L) and Ciprofloxacin (50 mg/L) were 25 mg/L and 25 and 200 mg/L, respectively. and 1 600 mg/L, 50 and 100mg/L and 25 and 200 mg/L, respectively.
