摘要
以苯为基本原料合成苯氧氯化膦,进而制备苯基膦酸(对硝基)苯酚酯、苯基膦酸-β-萘酚酯和苯基膦酸(4-甲基)伞形酮酯的方法。生物化学实验证明,这三种产品可用于磷酸二酯酶Ⅰ的特异性测定和凝胶电泳后的同工酶谱的显示。
In this paper,the syntheses of p-nitrophenylphenylphosphonate,2-naphthyl phenylphospho-nate and 4-methylumbelliferyl phenylphosphonatewere achieved with phenylphosphonic dichloridesynthesized from benzene as the starting material.Biochemical experiments showed that they can beused to determine phosphodiesterase Ⅰ(PDE I)and to reveal zymograms after gel electrophore-sis.
