摩托车片式离合器结合过程分析与起步耐久试验台的研究

摘要 分析了摩托车离合器的结合过程,建立了摩托车离合器结合过程的数学模型,并在此基础上研究开发了摩托车离合器起步耐久试验台,详细介绍了试验台的工作原理和技术特点。试验台能够进行离合器分离过程试验和起步耐久试验。利用磁粉制动器和惯性轮分别模拟摩托车在坡道上处于满载常用起步档时折算到离合器的坡道阻力矩和当量惯量,进行离合器耐久试验,试验表明,测试系统可靠性高,测量精度高。 The method of motorcycle clutch engagement process is introduced and the mathematical model of motorcycle clutch engagement has been established. Endurance test bed of motorcycle disc-clutch is developed. The principles and features are stated in detail. The detach process and durability of the clutch may be measured. The endurance testing is used electromagnetic powder brake and inertia wheel to simulate the ramp resistance and the equivalent inertia of clutch which the motorcycle runs on a gradient way and at the starting gear at full load. It has been showed that the testing system is reliability and accuracy.
