摘要
心房颤动（房颤）的导管消融目前正成为心脏电生理学领域中的热点。从早期的肺静脉隔离（pulmonary vein isolation，PVI）发展为稍后的环肺静脉前庭消融，至近期的复杂碎裂电位消融及神经节丛消融等术式。尽管存在争议，导管消融总的趋势是将消融部位从肺静脉或其口部移至前庭或左心房，其消融的范围更加广泛，尤其针对慢性房颤，
