代谢物浓度测定酶法试剂盒设计中必需考虑的五个问题:工具酶的特异性,酶对底物的亲合力,酶的用量,反应平衡和反应时间。并列表比较了动力学方法与终点法的优缺点。
This paper described the five questions thatmust be considered in designing an enzymatic kitfor the determination of metabolite concentra-tion:the specificity of enzyme.the affinity ofenzyme for its substrate(K_m,the amount ofenzyme used,the equilibrium of the reaction andthe time of reaction.And compared the kineticmethod with end-point method by table.
