大肠癌组织中促红细胞生成素受体表达与微血管密度的关系 被引量:1

Relationships of erythropoietin receptor expression and microvascular density in colorectal carcinoma tissues

摘要 目的:探讨大肠癌组织中促红细胞生成素受体(erythropoietin receptors,Epo-R)表达与肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法对60例大肠癌组织、20例正常大肠组织中Epo-R和MVD进行检测。结果:60例大肠癌组织均检测到Epo-R的表达。大肠癌组织MVD值为30.8±9.5,显著高于正常大肠组织的4.1±2.5(P<0.01)。MVD水平与大肠癌患者年龄、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、临床分期有显著相关性(P<0.05)。Epo-R表达与大肠癌组织MVD成正相关。结论:Epo-R在大肠癌组织中有异常高表达,且与MVD和临床病理特征成正相关,可能在肿瘤新生血管形成中有重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between erythropoietin receptor(Epo-R)expression and microvascular density(MVD)in colorectal carcinoma tissues.Methods:Expression of erythropoietin receptor and microvascular density in 60 specimens of colorectal carcinoma and 20 normal colorectal specimens were investigated by immunohistochemistry.Results:Epo-R expression was found in all the colorectal carcinoma tissues.The level of MVD was much higher in colorectal carcinoma than that in the corresponding normal tissues(30.8±9.5 vs 4.1±2.5(P〈0.01).Moreover,the level of MVD was significantly correlated with the patient age,depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,clinical stage(P〈0.01).The expression of Epo-R was positively correlated with MVD(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Epo-R expression is upregulated,which is positively correlated with MVD and clinical pathological characteristics.
