摘要
目的用自动指示旋光仪测定自配青霉素皮试注射液的含量。方法根据青霉素具有旋光性,所以用旋光仪测量不同浓度时的旋光度,计算不同浓度与旋光度之间的变化关系。结果青霉素皮试注射液在其浓度为450~650u.mL-1时,其浓度与旋光度呈直线关系。结论用旋光法测定自配青霉素皮试注射液含量在医院制剂室中既快速又简便,适用于医院的快速分析。
OBJECTIVE Determining the content of penicillin skin test injection by employing polarimeter.METHODS To determine the polarimetric of penicillin of different concentration,then calculate the uariatons between concentration and polarimetric.RESULTS The polarimetric was linear in the concentration range of 450-650u·mL^-1.CONCLUSION Determination of the content of penicillin skin test injection by polarimetry is rapid and simple.It is suitable for quick analysis in hospital.
