Differentiation regulation of neural stem cell and the affection of the Chinese traditional medicine on it

摘要 神经干细胞(NSC)是新世纪神经科学研究的热点之一,其分化调控分子研究是NSC研究的热点和难点。本文综述了NSCs增殖分化过程是细胞因子、神经递质和激素、化学物质等微环境及自身基因信号共同调节,相互作用的过程;并且对中药在NSCs分化调控的研究进展做一概述。 Neural stem cell differentiation has got much attention in neuron science, but there is much problem needed to be resolved. This article highlight the differentiation of NSCs was co-regulated by factors of focal environments (cytokine, neurotransmitter, hormone and so on) and autochthonous gene signal, which affected each other, and determined the direction of differentiation. The article also reviewed the progress of the traditional Chinese medicine on NSCs differentiation.
