摘要
学报的信息管理及编辑办公自动化是信息工程发展对学报编辑工作提出的新要求。实现信息管理和编辑办公自动化能够提高学报编辑和管理工作的水平。本系统采用关系型数据库管理系统Foxpro2．5语言设计，实现了编辑日常工作的办公自动化，特别是具有较强的指标分析能力，是一个较实用的软件。
