摘要
目的研究慢性哮喘患者电解质紊乱情况。方法观察98例慢性哮喘患者及100例正常对照者,测定血清钾、镁及磷水平。结果血磷水平对照组为(1.16±0.11)mmol/L,哮喘组为(1.10±0.20)mmol/L,两组比较t值为2.62,P值为0.01。哮喘组与对照组血钾与血镁水平差异无统计学意义。结论慢性哮喘患者最常见的电解质紊乱是低磷血症。
Objective To determine the prevalence of eleetrulyte disturbances in patients with chronic, stable asthma. Methods Ninety-eight patients with chronic, stable asthma were involved in the study. Serum potassium, magnesium, phosphorus levels were measured. There were 100 subjects served as normal controls. Results The phosphorus level for the asthma group was （ 1.10±0. 20）mmol/L compared to （1.16±0. 11） mmol/L in normal controls （P =0.01）. Potassium and magnesium levels were no difference between both groups. Condusion Hypophosphatemia were found to be the two most common electrolyte disturbances in patients with chronic, stable asthma.
