摘要
高校在科技成果转化中发挥着重要作用,目前湖北省高校科技成果产业化存在科技成果转化率低、产业化程度不高和缺乏专业的创新人才等问题。从建立科学的投入机制、健全激励制度、开发信息平台和打造区域合作的产业链等方面提出了相应建议。
The college plays an influential role in S＆T achivements＇ transformation. Currently the problems of low transfomation rate, limited industrialiazation level and lack of specialized innovation talents exist in college industrialization in Hubei. This article advocates corresponding suggestions from establishing scientific investment mechanism, perfecting motivation system, developing information platform and the industrial chain of regional cooperation.
