摘要
目的了解dnaK、htrA、ribR和gntR等布鲁菌的重要毒力调控基因的功能。方法本研究利用定量RT—PCR的方法分析了dnaK、htrA、vjbR和gntR在酸等体外刺激条件下和巨噬细胞感染过程中的转录变化。结果这些毒力调控基因在体外刺激条件下、侵染过程中可特异的诱导表达,但是它们在这些刺激条件和胞内不同时期的转录丰度不同。结论dnaK、htrA、vjbR和gntR在布鲁菌感染过程的不同环节发挥作用。
Objective To study the important virulence regulation genes of Brucella, and to understand their function. Methods Quantitative RT-PCR was used to quantify their relative transcription profiles under stress conditions and during macrophage cell infection. Results These genes were activated at different levels under these conditions and during cell infection, indicating their roles in pathogenesis-at different stage of infection. Conclusion The transcription profiles of these genes have different effects about their functions.
