摘要
石油化工厂在事故情况下,消防水伴随物料极易流入厂区雨排水系统,从而进入外部水体,造成环境污染。作者提出了防止石油化工厂水污染的三级防控设计理念,具有一定的设计指导意义。
In the case of accident in petrochemical plant, fire-fighting water with industrial material will easily flow into rain water draining system,and enter into outer water system and make it environment pollution. The article brings out the design concept of three stage prevent control in the prevention of water pollution of petrochemical plant,it has some kinds of design-guidance.
