添加剂对介孔分子筛AlPO_4结构的影响

The additives effect on the structure of mesoporous AlPO_4 molecular sieves

摘要 采用聚乙二醇为添加剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,异丙醇铝为铝源和磷酸为磷源,在水热条件下合成了介孔AlPO_4分子筛。XRD和TEM结果表明,PEG的引入可得到六方介孔AlPO_4分子筛;FT-IR分析表明,添加剂的引入并没使模板剂的脱除变得困难;MASNMR结果表明介孔AlPO_4骨架中不含有AlO_6结构和Al_2O_3等杂相化合物。根据高聚物在水溶液中的性质和相似相容原理,提出了添加剂PEG的作用机理。 The mesoporous AlPO4 was synthesized by hydrothermal method using polymer PEG as additive, eetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) as template, triisopropoxide [ (i-PrO) 3 All as aluminum sources phosphoric acid as phosphorous sources. The results of XRD and TEM showed that the regular hexagonal mesostructured aluminophosphates was obtained. The results of FT-IR showed that the removing templates do not become difficult due to additive PEG. The results of MAS-NMR showed that the phase of AlPO4 molecular sieves doesn't include AlOe and Al2O3. Moreover,the action scheme of PEG was put forward according to characteristic solvents and characterization of high polymer in aqueous solution.
