吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗婴幼儿喘息疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨吸入布地奈德及沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效。方法随机将符合诊断条件的喘息婴幼儿136例分为两组各68例,治疗组采用吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇气雾剂+常规治疗;对照组采用口服舒喘灵,静滴地塞米松+常规治疗,分别观察喘息相关指标的变化情况。结果治疗组吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇气雾剂能够有效缓解喘息症状,与对照组相比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗婴幼儿喘息起效快、疗效好、操作方便。
