摘要
通过分析OSTU算法的基本原理,提出了一种改进的灰度图像二值化方法。该算法克服了在整个灰度级上搜索最佳阈值的缺点,减少了计算方差的次数。实验表明上述方法能够得到比较理想的二值化图像。
On the basis of the analysis of the principle of OSTU algorithm, an improved method for gray images is presented. The algorithm overcomes the weakness of searching an optimal threshold in the whole graylevel, and reduces the number of calculating square error. Experiments show that the method can produce ideal binary images.
