摘要
介绍了近年来高层钢结构建筑和新型轻钢结构建筑在我国建筑业的应用与发展，分析论述了它们的技术特点和综合经济效益。
In this paper,the authors introduce the recent application and development of steel-structured highrise buildings and thin-walled and cold-formed steel-structured buildings in Chinese building construction and analyze their technical features as well as comprehensive technical-economic profits.
