摘要
本试验选用耐高温适应性强的蕹菜,采用营养液水培,研究7%、14%和21%浓度海水对蕹菜生长和品质的影响。试验结果表明,各浓度海水处理的蕹菜生物量都显著低于对照,其中7%和14%海水营养液处理下的蕹菜生物量可以达到一定产量,分别为对照的80%和57%。在第2次收获中,7%浓度海水营养液处理的蕹菜中硝酸盐含量与对照相比没有显著性差异,但是随着海水浓度的升高,14%和21%浓度海水营养液处理中硝酸盐的含量逐渐降低。蕹菜中Na^+含量随着海水浓度的增加而增加,而K^+、Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)含量是随着海水浓度的增加而递减的。
In order to investigate the effects of nutrient solution made with sea water in different concentrations on the growth and quality of lpomoea aquatica Forsk., an experiment was carried out in a mini hydroponic unit installed a circulation system. The results showed that weights of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. in different sea water treatments were sigllificantly lower than that in nutrient solution. The weights of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. grown in 7% and 14% nutrient solution made with sea water were equal to 80% and 57% of control respectively, which could definitely brought the worth of economy on island and coastland that were always short of water. There was no significantly difference in nitrate contents between control and that of in the nutrient solution made with 7% of sea water. And the nitrate contents were decreased as sea water concentration increased. The contents of Na+ in Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. were increased and K^+, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+content decreased, when the concentration of sea water was increased. It was safe and doable to grow Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. in the nutrition made with 7% and 14% of sea water.
