摘要
采用有限元法对电机进行分析计算已被研究人员普遍采用,在分析电机过程中如何实现电机的旋转始终是一个需要认真研究的问题。本文简要介绍了汽车用爪极电机在三维有限元分析计算中的建模和分析过程,主要对电机旋转的实现做了详尽的分析研究,提出了三种解决爪极电机旋转的方法,详细叙述了三种方法具体的建模和求解过程,并对计算结果进行了对比分析,最终得出对比结论。三种方法的误差都在合理范围内,这证明了所有方法的正确性.得出的结论汽车用爪极电机优化设计和分析都具有一定参考价值。
The finite element method was widely applied to the motor analysis by researchers. The motor turning was always a serious problem. The modeling and analysis of automobile claw-pole motor was introduced in the paper briefly, three- dimensional (3D) fi- nite element analysis (FEA) of magnetic fields was used for calculation. The motor-turning realization was mostly analyzed. Three methods of solving claw-pole motor turning were raised. The models and the process of solution were illuminated particularly. The results were compared. The conclusions were given finally. All errors were logical. The correct methods and results in this paper were useful to the optimum design of the automobile claw-pole motor.
