摘要 梭曼是强有力的不可逆胆碱酯酶抑制剂之一,本文以犬急性梭曼中毒为模型,分别在平原和模拟4000m高原观察梭曼中毒后临床特征的动态变化。结果表明,与平原状态比较,模拟高原犬梭曼中毒临床症状发生早、程度重、持续时间长,严重中毒动物活存时间明显缩短,提示模拟高原缺氧加剧了梭曼的毒性。 In this reseach we observed the clinical symptoms induced by soman intoxication in dogs at sea level and at a simulated high altitude of 4000 metres.Results showed that the time of onset,the severity,the lasting period of signs and symptoms and the survival time following intoxication induced by soman were sigmnificantly different between the dogs at sea level and at high altitude.At the simulated high altitude,the signs,and symptoms of soman poisoning appeared earlier,the severity was greater,the time period lasted longer and the suvival time following heavy intoxication was shorter.This evidence indicated that the toxic effects of soman were enhanced at simulated high altide.
