摘要
随着信息资源在企业资源结构中地位的提高,信息资源对企业的影响日益明显,并成为许多成功企业竞争优势的来源。然而,在我国大部分企业信息化建设进程中,信息资源并没有得到很好的开发与利用。文章在阐述信息资源管理的内涵与特征、信息资源管理作用的基础上,着重针对信息资源管理的现状,提出企业信息资源管理的具体策略。
With the enhancement of the position of the information resources in enterprises, the influence of the information resources have become more and more evident, and the source of the competitive advantage of the enterprise. However, the information resources have not fully been exploited and utilized in the IT application in most enterprises in China. Aiming at the present situation of the management of the information resources, the article expounds the connotation, features and roles in the management of the information resources and advances some concrete tactics in the management of information resources.
